When a client comes to you and starts the conversation with "the most important thing is we need somewhere for the pool table oh and we want a firemans pole..." you know it's going to be a fun job!
Stellarise is a cool tech company who had outgrown their existing offices, they were looking at an empty railway arch in Waterloo, it was a fabulous blank canvas with lots of potential.
That said there was an awful lot to fit in, desk space for more than 40 staff, and engineering section, a kitchen, the boardroom, a green screen filming area, 3 private meeting pods, reception, bathrooms and of course the pool table, a firemans pole and a climbing wall
No mean feat.
The arch shape presented some issues in terms of headroom and being able to fit full HEVAC but with careful planning we overcame all the issues.When this is done it's going to be amazing!
